By accessing our site, you’re agreeing to play by our rules. We’ve kept them simple. Can we agree that respect guide our interactions on the Shadowbloom Tisanes platform?
2. Our Wisdom
The recipes, educational guides, and workshop materials we share are our intellectual offspring. We love sharing, but please don't use them for trade without our written blessing.
3. Health Literacy
We aren't doctors. Our herbal knowledge is for educational purposes only. Have you spoken with a professional before starting new wellness protocols? Your health is your responsibility.
Order & Shipping Conditions
When you purchase a proprietary blend from Shadowbloom Tisanes, we commit to shipping your botanicals within 3-5 business days from our New York workshop. We take great care in curating these infusions, but please note that some natural variations in herbs are expected.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can't be changed once they've hit the brewing phase of shipping. We strive for excellence, but if your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours. Why wait? We want to make it right.
Our workshops and online courses are seasonal. Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the event due to unforeseen NYC weather or herbal supply shortages. We believe in fairness, and we'll always offer a seat in the next session if possible.
